This picturesque villa is just 10 min walking distance from main Split city promenade. Split is an amazing, ancient city, 1700 years old and is known for its rich history, crystal clear sea, interesting attractions such as Diocletian’s palace with its cathedral and bell tower of St. Domnius, Peristyle square, Procurativa and many others. This magnificent villa was built hundred years ago and it is Dalmatian’s traditional architectural heritage. The villa is under protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia and has been renovated in 2004, retaining its original character. Although villa is close to city center, it is set in quiet neighborhood and far enough to provide complete peace and quiet experience, surrounded by stone-walled courtyards.

Large swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters with a Jacuzzi is perfectly placed for guests to enjoy the amazing sea view, enhanced with two large palm trees and lots of Mediterranean plants and greenery.

The Villa covers an area of 320 m², spreads over three floors and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and is suitable accommodation for 10 guests.

The ground floor features large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas leading out to an adjoining garden and sun terrace. Dark wood cabinets and dining table makes visual coherence together with matching furniture. On this floor there is also one bedroom with modern bathroom. The internal wooden staircase lead to the first floor where there is a vestibule with fireplace, main kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, library, guest bathroom and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped and features small wood island, high chairs, dark grey cabinets and stainless steel appliances. This combination of wood and steel makes this kitchen beautifully balanced and modern. Right next to the kitchen is dining area with exit to terrace overlooking the sea and garden. Dining area is connected with bright living room with a large leather sofa, a modern designer table, and LCD satellite TV. The second floor has four double bedrooms; two with en-suite bathrooms and terrace with amazing sea view. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom and have a balcony and a winter garden.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with LCD satellite TVs, CD and DVD players, stereo, and Internet access. There is also a private parking space at guest’s disposal.
The Villa offers plenty of space and it is ideal for large group or extended family who want to socialize together when they wish, yet also have moments of privacy and peace when needed.
