An open planned living space that gives a great house flow between the lounge, kitchen and dining, furnished with a large 3-side sofa suite, built-in flat-screen TV with side tables and greenery, an eight-seater dining table and accompanying kitchen counter bar for extra seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances for a seamless stay and guests can access the furnished balcony from here, which floods the space with natural light and fresh sea air.

This master bedroom has a king-size bed with premium bedding and an en suite to feature a large shower unit and fitted bath with twin basins. This room features generous fitted wardrobes for all of your holiday essentials and is fully air-conditioned like the rest of the apartment.

The second bedroom features king-size bed and premium bedding with bed-side units and wardrobes. The room has an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Occupants of the Tiara Residences are spoilt for choice with a gym, spa, infinity pool and sauna, BBQ area and volleyball courts and our guests have full access to all. For the family that travels, the property houses a play area, day-care and shaded children’s pool. You will also find the Solis Beach Club, where guests can grab a bite to eat, enjoy water activities and a shisha service.

Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
