This Tropical Twin Villas is a unique luxury property located in a vast area of preserved landscapes. The size and extent of the property, as well as the positioning of the villas in the field, offer these holiday homes an unprecedented intimacy. It also offers walking and hiking areas (both on the property and in the adjacent 10 hectares of green zone), as well as a breathtaking view of the bay and ocean. The summit of the cliff has been landscaped with sheltered terraces, hiking trails and others, while preserving the wilderness.

The two houses are independent, each with its own pools and gardens, designed in upscale luxury villas, with designer and trendy furniture such as Peter Eaton Gurnz. Luxurious and deliciously intimate, the first Villa is located in the exclusive community of Petit Cul de Sac in the Domaine du Levant. This complex consists of two villas with a total of 6 bedrooms. The main house has four bedrooms and its little sister, the second Villa is connected by a bridge, has two. (They can not be rented separately to ensure confidentiality).

Its charming tropical garden setting accompanies the spacious living and dining areas, which include a contemporary-style gazebo, a Jacuzzi and two heated pools in winter.

On the cliff, you'll find a large heated Jacuzzi and a luxurious outdoor dining area, with BBQ, that offers amazing panoramic views and stunning sunrise views. Other special features include an air-conditioned gym for comfort with its own bathroom and a press room.

The decor is breathtaking with a soothing palette of gray and white; Each house has its own living room, kitchen, pool and private lounge, and each bedroom has its own terrace with ocean views. In the main house there is also a cinema room with a bar and a gym with a shower.

The First Villa, located at the top of the property, is connected by landscaping and stone paths to the Second Villa, which has four identical sized rooms with en-suite bathrooms and private solarium. In the villas, the rooms are white in color with splashes of tropical colors fun on their bedding, and their elegant large bathrooms are elegantly with their slate tiles.
