9 BR - ELITE VACATION HOME looks like a palace from the outside. You park in a courtyard surrounded on three sides by wings of the house. Inside you’ll find a grand hall with a massive double spiral staircase. And next, there is a parquet tile inset and massive windows looking out onto the pool deck. Then you see the gorgeous view of the golf course beyond. This is the central hub that lets you access the rest of the house.

Entering into the main living area is a large open planned room. In the television area there is a massive sectional sofa. Additionally, accent chairs and two tables behind the couches all arranged around the large screen television. Furthermore, it has a full bar and a gorgeous kitchen area.

The kitchen is done in dark granite, mosaic tile and dark wood with a granite kitchen island that seats 3. Also, there are a massive double refrigerator and freezer, two ovens, two dishwashers. It has all the appliances, cookware and dinnerware you could need to make meals for your whole family. Meanwhile, the formal dining table with room seats 14 guests. Outside there is more space for meals out on the gorgeous lanai.

The pool deck is sprawling with multiple layers. Multiple seating areas surround the gorgeous private pool. A fire pit is built into the pool. Therefore you can gather around the fire before heading right into the water. Up in the second level, you’ll find two sun couches in front of a grassy area. A spillover spa sits in the back corner and you can access a pool bathroom. Additionally, there is a massive summer kitchen. Finally, a comfy dining area completes the room.

You can also find an arcade and blacklight bowling alley in this home. Complete with arcade games, billiards and more. This is the Ultimate fun space for any group. Another balcony has a massive couch that can serve as a meeting area for your group.
